Policies & Compliance

How we manage Chain of Responsibility, keep our people and fleet safe, and look after the personal information you give us.

Road Linx Transport makes it a priority to identify Chain of Responsibility risks, assess their impact on our operations, and put measures in place to control them. On every transport task we take into account the roles played by the company, our workers, our contractors and anyone else in the supply chain with influence over the work.

Chain of Responsibility

The Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and its Chain of Responsibility (CoR) provisions place legal obligations on everyone in the supply chain who has a role in a transport task, not just the driver.

Road Linx Transport understands its responsibilities under the Heavy Vehicle National Law wherever this extended liability applies. Any party in the supply chain that exercises control over a transport task can be held responsible, and may be legally liable, for the consequences of their actions.

Code of conduct

Safety

We care about the safety of our people. Our vision is that everyone goes home safely to their family after every shift. Our team takes responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others, and we make sure everyone is properly trained and inducted for the tasks they perform.

All of our equipment is fitted with live GPS, park brake alarms and speed limiters. The average age of our fleet is three years, so our trucks are close to new and run on current technology.

We work alongside our customers to meet compliance and safety standards together.
