Road Linx Transport has made it a priority to identify Chain of Responsibility risks, evaluate those risks, determine the impact those risks have on the company’s operations, and put measures in place to mitigate those risks. When performing a transport task, Road Linx Transport takes into account the roles played by the company, its workers, contractors, and other participants in the supply chain who have power or influence over the activity.
Legal obligation is imposed on everyone in the supply chain who is responsible for transport-related responsibilities by the Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and associated legislation, the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL).
Chain of Responsibility risks is conscious of its responsibilities in accordance with the Heavy Vehicle national law in areas where extended liability is applicable. Any party in the supply chain that exercises control can be held responsible and may be legally liable for the consequences of their actions.

We care about safety of our people. Our vision is that everyone goes home safely to their loved ones and families after every working shift. Team is motivated to be responsible for their own and others safety. WE ensure people are properly trained and inducted for the tasks they are performing. All equipment is fitted with Live GPS, Park brake alarms and Speed Limiting devices. Average age of the fleet is 3 years, so nearly new and sustainable latest technology.
